Why register on our supplier portal?

Keeping up to date

We regularly go to market for commercial goods and services and want to give suppliers regular opportunities to bid for work in one central place.

Once registered with us, we will notify you via email to new tenders coming up and will make it easier for you to get invited to tender.

The portal will give you advanced notice of upcoming tenders as well as access to information on all up-coming tenders- both open and closed tenders.

Register for the categories you supply

You can select the categories you are interested in bidding for, and we can tailor the information on the portal to your skill set.

Tender information

You will get the opportunity to bid for both closed and open tenders.

Closed tenders are limited to a smaller number of known suppliers, while open tenders are open to any supplier who wishes to respond.

We adhere to the Government procurement rules on all tender types and our tenders are published on GETS.

Responding to tenders

Information and documentation relating to the tenders, as well as how to respond will be posted in the portal and is easily downloadable. You can ask us questions in the portal throughout the tender process.

Registering with MSD means you have an opportunity to respond to tenders- it does not guarantee you will be awarded a tender.

If you are successful as part of the procurement process and are awarded a contract, you will move to supplier status where you can view your contract, invoices (including e-invoices) and payments on the portal.

Updating your details on our portal is easy

You can update your information at any time on the portal and it automatically refreshes and updates the details. If any of your details change, you can make the change online in the portal, ensuring we can get in touch with you in the right way.
