Continuing to improve family and sexual violence helplines and online help

In 2024, MSD signed a new partnership outcome agreement with Whakarongorau Aotearoa. Through this partnership, Whakarongorau and MSD developed a joint strategic roadmap. The roadmap sets out clear goals across five domains to support continuous improvement. This ensures that tools and services continue to meet the needs of all people seeking help for family and sexual violence.

Through feedback we can continuously improve our digital products. If you have any specific questions or feedback, please email the team at Family_Violence_CPP@msd.govt.nz
