Changes in Vote Social Development to be Resolved before the end of the 2022/23 Financial Year

This paper seeks agreement to: fund high-priority initiatives within Vote Social Development; enable pooled funding for the Regional System Leadership Framework through agency contributions across the public sector; and transfer funding in-principle for the Food Secure Communities Programme.
