Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on a Communications Procedure: Approval for Accession and Presentation to Parliament for Parliamentary Treaty Examination Proposal

The Cabinet paper seeks Cabinet agreement for New Zealand to become party to the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on a Communications Procedure (OPCP), and that the OPCP and the National Interest Analysis (NIA) be presented to the House of Representatives for Parliamentary treaty examination.
