The Minister for Social Development provided oral advice that the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) needed to commence an IT build.
The Minister for Social Development provided oral advice that the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) needed to commence an IT build which would enable it to:
- defer all Temporary Additional Support reapplications, which normally are required every 13 weeks
- extend out 52-week benefit reapplications to 104 weeks.
These measures were in response to the impact of COVID-19.
