Clarification of Policy Matters to Support the Oversight of the Oranga Tamariki System and Children's Commission Legislation

In December 2019, Cabinet made further decisions to support the development of the Oversight of the Oranga Tamariki System and Children’s Commission Legislation Bill.  The proactive release of the Cabinet paper and associated minutes show what these decisions are and help to show how the ongoing development of the Bill.
