Agreement on Social Security between the Government of The Republic of Korea and the Government of New Zealand: Approval for signature

These papers provide a background to the social security agreement between New Zealand and the Republic of Korea and confirm Cabinet’s approval to sign the agreement. New Zealand and Korea signed the social security agreement in October 2019. The agreement is scheduled to enter into force in 2021. The agreement will make it easier for people who travel between the two countries to access their pensions.
