Accelerating progress towards accessibility in New Zealand

This cabinet paper proposes starting to design an approach to achieve a fully accessible New Zealand. It includes development of a common understanding of what “fully accessible” looks like, and exploring the feasibility of using legislation to provide for standards and codes for accessibility.
