Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC)

This information matching agreement compares ACC data against MSD client data to identify clients whose MSD entitlement may have changed due to receiving ACC payments.

Each week MSD receives a file of people who:

• have been granted Weekly Compensation from ACC; or
• have reached their annual anniversary of the date ACC was first granted; and
• have been receiving a payment at the same time from MSD; or
• have recently stopped receiving ACC.

If a matched client's ACC income is not shown or is not correct on MSD records, the case is reviewed and, if it changes, a letter is sent to the client.
