Apprenticeship Boost Initiative Amendment 2024

This instrument, which comes into force in two stages on 31 December 2024 and 1 January 2025, amends the Apprenticeship Boost Initiative Programme established and approved on 28 July 2020 under section 101 of the Social Security Act 2018.
The amendment removes the programme’s expiry date and restricts eligibility to first year apprentices in targeted industries. The amendment also makes minor technical changes to the programme.
