Seasonal Work Assistance Amendment - Notice of change 2020

This instrument amends the Seasonal Work Assistance Programme established and approved on 7 July 2002.
This instrument comes into force on 27 November 2020.
The amendment increases the seasonal work assistance payment to $2,149 in a 26-week period.
This instrument also increases the maximum weekly amounts of seasonal work assistance payments available in instances where it is not possible to undertake seasonal work due to adverse weather conditions.
