Social Housing Amendments - Ministerial Direction 2020

This instrument amends the Ministerial Direction on Continued Eligibility for Social Housing (as established and approved on 11 June 2014) and the Ministerial Direction on Eligibility for Social Housing (as established and approved on 14 April 2014).
This instrument comes into force on 2 November 2020.
It expands the categories of people who meet the residential qualification tests that apply under each direction.
It also updates references to statutes in each direction that have been amended or replaced.
