Client experiences with MSD income support
These reports share findings on people’s experiences with MSD income support. Two studies by Katoa Ltd look at how Māori and Pacific mothers experienced the removal of the Section 192 sanction, which reduced benefit payments for sole parents who did not name the other parent, in 2020. The third report brings together findings from 15 projects since 2018 on clients’ experiences with MSD support, including the Māori and Pacific mothers’ studies.
