Evaluation of initiatives

Most intergenerational initiatives will be reviewed regularly. A review can involve:

• opportunities for feedback from the young people and other organisations who have participated in the initiative
• discussions with volunteers themselves
• talking to staff that volunteers come in contact with
• assessing the outcomes or changes that have occurred as a result of the initiative.
