Pacific Employment Action Plan Fund interim evaluation

This report presents the interim evaluation findings of the Pacific Employment Action Plan (PEAP) Fund. The Fund supports 13 Pacific organisations to deliver programmes that help Pacific peoples advance in their careers, develop in‑demand skills, and access culturally grounded pathways into quality employment.

The Ministry of Social Development administers the Fund, with design input from the Ministry for Pacific Peoples. The programme began in August 2024 and will run for two years.
