Funding towards rising cost pressures

Acknowledging the cost increases experienced by providers of Community Participation services, a general cost pressure increase of seven percent will be applied for services backdated to 1 July 2022.

The increase will apply to all Community Participation service providers: Community Participation (CP), Very High Needs (VHN), Business Enterprises (BE), Transition from School.

The seven percent increase is based on the number of actual participants for the F2023 financial year. Payments will be adjusted for the F2024 financial year to reflect the seven percent increase for these participants.

Contract variations are being prepared and will be shared with providers from July.

Relationship Managers will send these to providers for their agreement before payment is made.
