Housing factsheets are released for the end of every quarter since 2017.

The Housing Regional Factsheets provide a closer look at housing in New Zealand’s regions. The factsheets compliment the Housing Quarterly Report .

Each factsheet gives MSD and the housing sector a localised view of the progress MSD is making to bring on additional supply, and how we support people with their housing and accommodation.
